The Nameless Book “Hbashi Hashi”

The Nameless Book has been doing a little bit of messing around with iMovie and a repository of copyright-free film recently. They came up with this video for the track “Hbashi Hashi” from the Object 10 compilation from last year. Have a look at it below (or go to our YouTube channel):

For those of a nervous disposition the film contains scenes of fire and things igniting. On balance it’s illustrating how careful you should be so you don’t have to experience it, so it has a purpose aside from looking interesting…

Back catalogue on YouTube

As usual we’ve been really sloppy about keeping this place updated because frankly it’s a pain in the bum to remember to update yet another site with what’s happening. Sorry about that, but y’know we do have lives etc.

Anyway, we’ve just finished uploading all the tracks from Vermont’s “Ins Kino” album to the terrifying hellscape that is YouTube, and we’ve made a nice Playlist so you can listen through the whole thing when you’re on the go and don’t have a CD player handy (who does nowadays?)

Here it is so you can take a listen:

We’ll be working through some of the other tracks in the back catalogue soon so subscribe to the YouTube channel if you’d like to stay in the loop.

“As The Dust…” has been released!

So “As The Dust I Beginning To Settle” has finally been unleashed on the unsuspecting public. If you’d like to hear the whole half-hour episode of music you can go to our Bandcamp and order it on super limited edition CD or digital files of your choosing:

Or our Soundcloud:

Or you could take a look at the usual motley crew of streaming sites if you prefer. Ta very much!

Pre-release for “As The Dust Is Beginning To Settle”

We’ve just released a couple of teaser trailers for our next release “As The Dust Is Beginning To Settle” by The Nameless Book. Would you like to see them? You would? Okay, here they are:

Do you like them? There’ll be another couple of them before the release date (Friday 22nd November 2019), so you can listen to a slice of each track before release. You can’t say fairer than that can you?

If you are sure you do definitely like them already, then you can pre-order it at our Bandcamp site. That’s even nicer – ta!

Finally, something new(ish) on Tbilissi

One thing you may have noticed over the past few years is that everything that’s appeared here has been a reissue of something released previously by Tbilissi in some form or another. That’s primarily due to us having stocks of lots of old records to shift, but we’ve been thinking Tbilissi could do more than that.

So we’d like to announce that first of all we’ll be helping Brother Francisco to shift some of their quality merchandise – their single ‘Do The Street’ which came out on CD single in 2008. It was their only proper release during their lifetime (which is a shame, as there is plenty of quality stuff in the vaults) and wasn’t sold in a great many places but is worthy of further attention.

It’s due to be available to the public on Friday 9th February so keep your eyes peeled. Here’s the title track for you to listen to in the meantime:

Miss Pain are here again

Following their first single for us, Miss Pain decided to show us their romantic side with another double A-side pulling back the sheets on the steamier side of life. Heartbreaker and Caught My Eye were joined in unholy matrimony on black plastic and then thrust deeply into record shops to be used for your pleasure.

We’ll be selling our remaining stock of these singles from Friday 18th August, so pick one up on our Bandcamp page from then. In the meantime here’s the A-side to listen to:
